General Information

Registration Payment is by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and is the last step of the registration. Confirmation for the registration will be provided after the payment has been processed. For any request about payments, please send an email to cav2013.inf@nullusi.ch

Cancellation Policy Cancellation is subject to a fee of 50 EUR. Cancellations more than 45 days prior to the event will be reimbursed 100% minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations between 45 and 30 days will be reimbursed 50% minus the cancellation fee. Cancellation requests should be sent to cav2013.inf@nullusi.ch and should include the bank details for the refund.

Workshops Registration The two-day workshops fee allows full access to all workshops both on July 13th and on July 14th. The one-day workshops fee allows full access to all workshops either on July 13th or on July 14th. During the registration phase you will be asked to specify the individual workshops you plan to attend.

Social Events

Lunches and Coffee Breaks Conference, tutorials, workshops registration fees include lunches and coffee breaks on the relevant dates.

Excursion and Welcome Reception A single ticket for the excursion and the welcome reception is already included in the registration fee of the main conference. The fee is 65 EUR per additional ticket.

Social Banquet A single ticket for the social banquet is already included in the registration fee of the main conference. The fee is 100 EUR per additional ticket.

A child discount is available: the banquet fee will also cover the excursion and welcome reception for children aged under 12 years.
